Otis Ray Brewington

Otis Ray Brewington age 55 of 48 Peachtree Street, died Friday, August 14, 2009 at the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Clinton, SC and was a son of the late Otis C. Brewington and Betty Jo Boyce Brewington of the home.
Mr. Brewington was a former employee of Clinton Mills and a former truck driver. He enjoyed racing dirt tract in the hobby division, winning the 1981 Laurens County Championship in car #14.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Menitta Jo Smith of Clinton; a brother, John Len Brewington of Clinton; a brother beyond love, R.J. James of Clinton; and to all his other brothers he leaves his love.
Funeral services will be conducted at the home on 48 Peachtree Street on Monday, August 17th at 2:00 p.m.
The family will receive friends at the home Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
