Paul Wilbanks Jr.

Paul Wilbanks, Jr., age 93, widower of Nancy Carolyn Wilbanks, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 in Joanna.
He was born October 16, 1930 in Cross Anchor, SC and was a son of the late Paul Wilbanks and the late Bertha Hudson Wilbanks. He was a US Army Veteran and was retired from the Clinton Mills. Paul was the last surviving charter member of the Clinton First Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Wilbanks is survived by his son, Brian Wilbanks (Mary Beth) of Clinton; his daughters, Lynn Jenkins (Butch) of Clinton and Cindy Showns (Steve) of Disputanta, VA; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and his parents Mr. Wilbanks is preceded in death by his grandson, BJ Wilbanks and his brothers, Robert Wilbanks and Darryl Wilbanks.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with Rev. Jimmy Heaton officiating. Burial with Military Honors will take place at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home..
