Rev. Paul F. Wyatt, Jr. age 77, of 23 Peachtree Street died Monday, January 21, 2013 at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of the late Paul F. Wyatt, Sr. and Mary Quinn Wyatt.
Rev. Wyatt was a retired Police Officer and a US Marshall and was also retired from the US Post Office and was a US Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Griffin Wyatt of the home; two sons, Steve Wyatt of CA and Paul (Buddy) Wyatt and wife, Debbie; a daughter, Pam Dewitt of NV; step-daughter, Tina Pittman and husband, Joey of Clinton; a brother, James Wyatt and wife, Margaret of Greenville; five grandchildren, Amber Pittman of Clinton, Joshua Pittman (April) of Joanna, Amber Wyatt of CA, David Wyatt and Jennifer Wyatt both of NV; five great grandchildren, Rileigh Pittman, Raegan Pittman and Zoey Pittman, Grayson Gray and Nevada Gray. He was predeceased by a brother, Perry Wyatt.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with interment in the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
