Paulette Rowe Edmonds age 72, of 807 Milton Rd., and widow of George Clayton Edmonds passed away Saturday, Sept. 8th at her home.
She was a lifelong native of Joanna, SC and was the daughter of the late F.C. and Gillette Prater Rowe.
Paulette was retired from Laurens School District 56, a very active member of the Joanna Textile Festival and the Coalition for a Better Joanna. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Joanna.
Surviving are her two sons, Thomas Edmonds and wife, Amanda of Greenville, Mickey Edmonds and wife, Anne-Lise of Rock Hill; four grandchildren, Katherine Louise Edmonds, Rachael Lauren Edmonds, Audrey Rose Edmonds and Mason Samuel Edmonds.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her two brothers, Terry C. Rowe and Frank H. Rowe.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Sept. 12th at 2:00 P.M. at the Pinelawn Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends before the service Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Coalition for a Better Joanna, Joanna, SC 29351.
