Pauline Burnett Black, age 88 of 100 Beauregard St. and widow of Joseph Ariel Black, died Tuesday, Sept. 8th in White Oak Manor in Newberry.
She was born in Greenwood and was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mamie Emory Burnett.
She was retired from Lydia Mill.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph T. Black and John D. Black both of Clinton, two daughters, Helen B. Fellers of Newberry and Bonnie Sue Lewis of Clinton, a nephew, Danny Ray Dunaway of Milton, FL; eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a sister and brother, Ruby Dunaway and John Henry (Pab) Burnett.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
