Peggy Joyce Henson, age 79, of 106 Dagnall Circle, died Thursday, July 3, 2014 at her home.
She was born in Lawrence County, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Hershel and Erma Lee Adkins Lundy.
Mrs. Henson was a pastor’s wife and active in the Church and the Children’s Ministry.
She is survived by her husband Rev. Donald Henson of the home; her daughter Tammy Henson Taylor (Chris) of Laurens; her grandchildren Christalee Taylor and Curtis Taylor; and her brother David Plybon of Ohio.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 6th at 3:00 p.m. at The First Assembly of God Church with burial to follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens in Clinton.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
