Phillip Ryan Jeter

Phillip Ryan Jeter, age 58, of 424 Colonial Drive, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017.
He was born in Whitmire, SC and was a son of Charlie E. and Phyllis Eugenia McMurry Jeter, was retired from the South Carolina Electric and Gas and was currently employed with Palmetto Pallet Company in Newberry. He was also a member of the National Guard.
Mr. Jeter was an avid fan of Gamecock Football, Lonesome Dove, and Nascar Racing.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sandy Eison Jeter of the home; his two daughters, Blair Jeter Robertson (Albert) of Whitmire and Carley Jeter Farmer (Blake) of Newberry; his brother, Tommy Jeter (Tonia) of Whitmire; and beloved Pop to his three wonderful grandchildren, Gray and Holly Claire Robertson and Charlie Farmer.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 3:30 PM at the Whitmire Presbyterian Church. Burial will take place at Whitmire Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM at the Gray Funeral Home of Whitmire.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Whitmire Presbyterian Church, 1509 S Church Street, Whitmire, SC 29178.
The family will be at the home of his daughter, Blair Robertson, 22628 Highway 121, Whitmire, SC 29178.
