Priscilla "Sue" Beckett

Priscilla "Sue" Rose Beckett, age 80, of Gray Court, SC, widow of Rev. Fredrick Beckett, passed away, Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Sue was born on December 14, 1944 in Miamisburg, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late Burt Rose and Ula Cox Rose. Sue was a seamstress with a curtain company and later owned and operated of Remedial Specialist Cleaning Services. Sue took great joy in being a Pastor’s wife and was the best mother in the world. She was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving are her children, Kimberly Nalesnik (Mark) of Laurens, Kenneth Beckett (Jennifer) of Travelers Rest, Keith Beckett (Melissa) of Gray Court, Chelsea Savage (Michael) Georgia, Jonathan Beckett of Louisiana, and Fredrick Beckett of New Orleans; sixteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

 In addition to her husband and parents, Sue is preceded in death by her siblings, Wanda Baker, and David Rose.

 No services are being planned at this time.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 499 Chestnut Ridge Road, Laurens, SC 29360.
