Rachel C. Revis age 79, of 243 Woodland Drive, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Spartanburg County and was a daughter of the late Fred E. and Annie Wiley Cantrell.
Mrs. Revis was a former employee of Clinton Mills; a member of Calvary Baptist Church for over 60 years and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jimmy Revis of the home; a daughter, JoAnn Revis Page of Clinton; a brother, Furman Cantrell of Clinton; five grandchildren, Donna Valadez, Summer Page, Jim Page, Kady Revis and Jonathan Revis; and three great-grandchildren, Ava Revis, Hayden King and Breeonna Alba.
Mrs. Revis was predeceased by a son, Jimmy Ray Revis, Jr. and two brothers, Oiser Cantrell and Buddy Cantrell.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 9th at 4 p.m. in Calvary Baptist Church by Rev. Leland Nelson and Rev. B.F. Snow with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The body will be taken home after 3:00 p.m. at 243 Woodland Drive in Clinton where the family will receive friends Friday afternoon.
