Ralph Houston May age 80 of 325 Byrnes St. died Friday, Feb. 17th at the Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia.
He was born in Hillsboro, TN and was a son of the late Joe and Ethel Annie Kinard May.
Mr. May was retired from Torrington Company and was the last survivor of his immediate family.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ellen Crumpton May; one son, Donald May of Clinton; three daughters, Nadine Faulkner, Shirley Hallman both of St. Augustine, FL, Frances Strand of Clinton; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
He was predeceased by one grandchild.
Graveside service will be conducted Monday, Feb. 20th at 2:00 p.m. in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of his son, Donald May, 605 Musgrove St., Clinton.
