Richard "Dicky" E. Jackson

Richard “Dicky” E. Jackson, age 70 of 177 Bar B Villa Rd. died Sunday, August 24, 2008 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Clinton, SC and was a son of the late Curtis H. Jackson and Inez Kirby Miller.
Mr. Jackson was a retired welder with Rowan Oil Company and was a US Navy veteran.
Surviving are one son, Richard Earl Jackson, Jr. of Clinton; one daughter, Wendy Arnsdorff of Mt. Pleasant; three brothers, Donald E. Jackson of Conyers, GA, James Miller of Clinton, Scott Jackson of Covington, LA; one sister, Gloria Satterwhite of Newberry and one grandchild, Taylor Ann Arnsdorff.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Jackson.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, Aug. 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
