Ricky Albert Ellis, age 47, of 810 Donaldson Rd. died Monday, April 17, 2006, at his home.
He was born in Whitmire and was son of the late Albert Eugene and Shirley Coleman Ellis.
Mr. Ellis was a former employee of Michelin Tire Co. and a member of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his former wife, Lesia Ellis of Simpsonville; two sons, Allen Ellis of the home and Jacob Ellis of Simpsonville; two brothers, Dennis Ellis of Anderson and Tony Ellis of Whitmire; sister, Miranda Brigman of Prosperity; grandson, Gabriel Ellis.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at Evans St. Church of God with interment in Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church.
The family will be at the home of David Coleman, 924 Central Ave., Whitmire.
