Robbie Chrestel Waters

Robbie Chrestel Waters, age 80, widow of Johnnie Waters passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Presbyterian Community of Clinton.
She was born in Clinton and was the daughter of the late David Jefferson Smith and Alice Belle Turner.
Mrs. Waters is survived by her daughter, Debi Parker and her husband Bil of Enoree; her sister, Ginger Lee King of Toccoa, Georgia; her grandchildren, Wesley Smith, Jr., Elizabeth Ann Hart, William Brant Smith, Terri-Kay Parker; Samantha Parker Johnson, London Parker and Emily Parmley; and great-grandchildren, Alexander Hart, Landon Johnson, Dawson Johnson, Kamryn Johnson, Rachel Parmley, and Jack Parmley.
In addition to her husband she is predeceased by her sons, William Richard Smith, Jr. and Wesley E. Smith, and two grandchildren, Miranda Dawn Smith and Angie Crystal Leshane Pearson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Presbyterian Community, 801 Musgrove Street, Clinton, SC 29325 or to the Hospice of Laurens County, PO Box 178, Clinton, SC 29325.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 3:30 PM at the Presbyterian Communities Chapel.
