Robert Lee Martin, age 74 of 18579 Hwy East and widower of Judy Ann Campbell Martin passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Laurens County Hospice House.
He was born in Washington, D.C. and was a son of the late Earl Martin, Sr. and the late Rachel Woolard Martin.
Mr. Martin was a former employee of Torrington Bearings Company, a retired employee of the SCDOT and was a veteran of the SC National Guard. He was a member of Ware Shoals Assembly of God and attended the Believer’s Assembly in Clinton.
Surviving are his son, Jonathan Martin of Clinton; one brother, Earl Martin, Jr. and wife, Audrey of Laurens; three granddaughters, Breanna, Vanessa and Katlynn.
A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 17th at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Mike Campbell.
The family will be at the home of Cynthia Campbell, 57 Daniel Drive, Clinton, SC.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Laurens County, P.O. Box 178, Clinton, SC 29325.
