Robert “Bobby” Lee Nelson, Jr., age 65, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, SC.
He was born January 24, 1957 in San Antonio, TX and was a son of the late Robert Lee Nelson, Sr. and the late Beulah Jeanette Navy Nelson. He was a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard.
Mr. Nelson is survived by his wife, Lynn Nelson; his sons, Robert Shawn Nelson and Christopher Lee Nelson; his brother, Michael Wayne Nelson; his sister, Deborah Ann Nelson; his nephews, Kenneth Scott Worthy and Noah Digger; his nieces, Tiffany Gresham, Christina Nelson, and Jessica Nelson; his best friend, David Graddick; and close friends, Timothy and Marion Hart.
Gray Funeral Home of Whitmire is assisting the Nelson family with arrangements.
