Robert A. Butler, age 73, of 100 Glendale Manor died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Lancaster and was the son of the late Lewis William and Katie Lawton Barnes Butler.
Mr. Butler was a former employee of Torrington Bearing Co. and Clinton Mills. He was also a member of the Temple Baptist Church and the S.C. National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa K. Butler; a son, David Butler of Clinton; a daughter, Rhonda Sue Carr of Clinton; step children, Katie Lane and Matt Romines of Clinton; two brothers, Lewis William Butler, Jr. of Clinton and Johnny Butler of Alaska; one sister, Ruth B. Hughes of Laurens; and one granddaughter, Brandi Butler.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
