Robert H. (Bobby) Quarles, Iii

Robert H. (Bobby) Quarles, III age 73 of 102 Liberty Street and widower of Ethel Collins Quarles, died Monday, January 16, 2012 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in McCormick County and was a son of the late Robert H. Quarles, Jr. and Kathryn Reynolds Quarles.
Mr. Quarles was a former employee of Clinton Mills and retired from Standard Plywood. He attended the Bethany Presbyterian Church and was an avid gardener and fisherman.
Surviving are a son, Robert H. (Robby) Quarles IV of the home; a daughter, Kathryn (Kay) Quarles of the home; and two sisters, Lucinda Q. Chambers of TN and Carolyn Q. Beasley of NC.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends immediately after the graveside service.
