Rodger Dale Sneed

Rodger Dale Sneed age 66, of12477 Neely Ferry Rd. passed away Tuesday, Oct. 15th at the Hospice Care of the Piedmont in Greenwood, SC.
He was born in Spartanburg, SC and was a son of the late Sammie Ray Sneed, Sr. and the late Arbutus Wood Sneed.
Mr. Sneed was a graduate of Hickory Tavern High School Class of 1967, retired from the US Army with 23 years of service in 1990, worked at Fujifilm Manufacturing for a short while and was an over the road truck driver for eight years.
He is survived by his wife, Consepcion H. Sneed; two daughters, Pamela Dale Seymore and Dena Marie Sneed; one brother, Jerry W. Sneed, Sr. and six grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Sammie Ray Sneed, Jr.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, Oct. 18th at 2:00 P.M. at New Prospect Baptist Church by Rev. Kirk Carlisle.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Care of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Ave., Greenwood, SC 29646.
