Roy Riddle

Roy Riddle, age 84, of 2704 Clyde Ave, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 in the Newberry Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Newberry and was the son of the late Jimmy Lee and Vera Metts Riddle.
Mr. Riddle served in the Korean War.
He is survived by his son, Steven Riddle of Newberry; his daughters, Linda Prater of Newberry, Sandra Davenport of Newberry and Cindy Atkinson (Stan) of Little Mountain; his sisters, Gladys Brooks of Greenwood and Sue Brown of Greenville; seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
He was predeceased by a grandson, Aaron.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 1st at 3:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
The family will be at 106 Caldwell Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
