Roy Douglas Eaves

Roy D. Eaves, age 63, of 4036 Whitmire Hwy. died Monday, July 17, 2006 in the Greenville Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Union County and was the son of the late, Roy E. Eaves and Sadie Wicks.
Mr. Eaves was a retired employee of CSX Transportation, attended the Cross Roads Christian Fellowship Church and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Black Eaves of the home; two sons, Roy Scott Eaves of Ware Shoals and Edward Eugene Eaves of Clinton; a daughter, Trina Ann Eaves of Clinton; a brother, Jerry Wicks of Union; three sisters, Mary Allen of Whitmire and Vickie Trammell and Judy Jenkins both of Union; four grandchildren; Dusty Eaves and Candace Eaves both of the home and Allen Eaves and James Eaves both of Ware Shoals.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of Agnes Barber, 147 Old Leopard Rd., Clinton.
