Roy James Stockman

Roy James Stockman, of 420 Pickens Street, died Friday, June 1, 2007 at Martha Franks Retirement Center.
He was born in Newberry County and was the son of the late Mattie Koon Stockman.
Mr. Stockman was retired from E.L. Mansure and was a member of First Baptist Church in Joanna.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Danny Rogers of Joanna and two grandchildren, Tyler and Brittany Smith.
Mr. Stockman was predeceased by his wife, Maybell Prince Stockman.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Joanna with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday, June 3rd from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
