Rudy C. Cauble age 79, of 1877 Bethel Church Rd. died Sunday, January 17, 2010 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Salisbury, NC and was a son of the late William Robert and Ethel Mae Kepley Cauble.
Mr. Cauble was retired from Clinton Mills, was a member of the Rosemont Baptist Church of Waterloo and served in the Navy Reserves for seven years.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise Brown Cauble of the home; two sons, Charles “Lud” Cauble and wife, Melissa of Waterloo, Ronald “Charlie” Cauble and wife, Lynda of Laurens; two daughters, Laura C. Henderson and husband, Frank of Laurens and Brenda Cauble of Mauldin; two brothers, W. LeVake Cauble of Laurens, Reginald D. Cauble of San Diego, CA; one sister, Donnaree Tittle of Laurens; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son-in-law, John Szimanski and a grandson, Chris Cauble.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 19th at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton with burial in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Laurens.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Clinton.
