Ruth Louise Armstrong Mcninch

Mrs. Ruth Louise Armstrong McNinch, age 71, of 100 Glendale Manor, Clinton, passed
away, Saturday, August 12 , 2006 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frances M. Patterson.
Mrs. McNinch was born on November 25, 1934 Gray Court, S.C. She was the daughter
of the late Maude MaLinda Armstrong and granddaughter of the late Homer Goldsmith and Luna Mae Ball Armstrong, all of Gray Court, S.C. She is the last surviving member of her
immediate family. She was the widow of James L. McNinch. Mr.& Mrs. McNinch made their
home on Poole Road, Clinton, where they operated McNinch’s Garage. She was also predeceased by an infant son.
Surviving are three daughters; Mary Louise (James) Hill of Bishopville, SC, Frances Irene (Harry George, Jr.) Patterson; MaLinda Carol McNinch, all of Clinton. Five Granddaughters, Tracy Stroud, Karla Stroud of Clinton, Nicole Colvin, Kimberly Colvin of Elgin and Allison Hill of Bishopville.
Mrs. McNinch was a member of Holly Grove Baptist Church. She retired from Whitten Center in 2000.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 13, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. at the Gray Funeral Home in Clinton. The funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Calvin Moore and Rev. Tommy Lowe at Holly Grove Baptist Church, 92 Holly Grove Rd, Laurens, on Monday, August 14, at 10:00 a.m.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frances Patterson, 546 Milam Rd., Clinton.
