Sam Richard Brewer

Sam Richard Brewer age 74 of 139 Brewer Drive, died Friday, April 8, 2011 in the North Greenville Hospital.
He was born in Newberry County and was a son of the late Bennie and Irene Merchant Brewer.
Mr. Brewer was a general contractor and a member of the Longbranch Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Hendrix Brewer of the home; two sons, Vince Brewer and wife, Joni and David Brewer and wife, Jinx, both of Clinton; a step-son, Johnny Lawson and wife, Myra of Orangeburg; two daughters, Teresa Hairston and husband, Jimmy of Gray Court, and Susan Lawton and husband, Shane of Clinton; two step-daughters, Tami Collins of Clinton, and Debbie Busby and husband, David of Pinson, AL; a sister, Josephine McCall and husband, Joe of Clinton; and two brothers, Bluford Brewer and wife, Alice, and Earl Brewer and wife, Faye, both of Clinton; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 11th at 3:00 p.m.
in the Longbranch Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
