Sarah Carolydean Burdette Rampey

 Sarah Carolydean Burdette Rampey, widow of Everett C. Rampey, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at her home. 

 She was born on May 29, 1934 in Anderson, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late William Norton Burdette, Sr. and Pearl Stone Burdette. Sarah retired from Laurens County School District #55 and was a member of Green Pond United Methodist Church. 

 Sarah is survived by her son, Michael Jack Rampey (Debbie); her daughters, Deborah R. Richardson (Eric) and Carol R. Snyder; her grandchildren, McCuen Rampey (Chelsea), Anna Kate Ballinger (David), Kenneth Hardwick (Nacole) and Hendrix Snyder (Sally Jane); her great-grandchildren, Laurel and Allie Hardwick, Banks and Claire Rampey, Tripp Snyder and Tessa Ballinger. 

 In addition to her parents, Sarah is preceded in death by her three sisters and three brothers. 

 A Private Memorial Service will be held at Westview Memorial Park.
