Sara Taylor Heaton

Sara T. Heaton, age 80 of 307 Washington St. and widow of Billy Ray Heaton, died Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Gray Court and was a daughter of the late Robert R. and Sara Parsons Taylor.
Mrs. Heaton was retired from Clinton Mills and had worked with Shealy’s Florist an also Rita’s Flower Shop. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Marty Heaton and wife, Sherri of Clinton; one grandson, Cody Heaton; one sister, Betty Musser and husband, Art of FL four sisters-in-law, Gaynell Taylor of NC, Mildred Taylor of NC, Elaine Taylor of Greenville, Clara Taylor of Gray Court; one brother, Lewis Taylor of Laurens; one nephew, Scott Robertson and wife, Stacey and their daughter, Taylor of Greenville.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by four brothers, Roy Taylor, Jerry Taylor, C.B. Taylor and Jack Taylor; one sister, Rachel Taylor and a sister-in-law, Helen Taylor.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
