Shane Lee Weathers (Big Show), 39, of 5 Hanson Circle died Friday, August 16, 2013, in the Laurens County Hospital.
Born in Laurens County, he was the son of Barbara Allison of Gray Court and Bobby Weathers of Travelers Rest. Mr. Weathers attended Highland Home Baptist Church and was a former member of the National Guards.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Melissa Wilson, of the home; three daughters, Brooklyn Weathers of Laurens, Kirstyn Kirkland of Greenwood, and Holland Hicks of Edgefield; a son, Devin Teague of Summerville; a sister, Kelli Andrews of Honea Path; a niece and a nephew.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 19th, at 2:00 p.m., at the Highland Home Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Ben Rumph officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 18th, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Gray Funeral Home.
