Sherry Paxton Simmons, age 56, of 2819 Lakeview Drive, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015, at her home.
She was born in Laurens and was the daughter of the late Conway and Dorothy Harris Paxton.
Mrs. Simmons is survived by three sons, Jason Paxton (Krishana) of Ware Shoals, Shawn Simmons (Brooke) of Mountville, and Shane Simmons (Stephanie) of Laurens; one brother, Sheffey Paxton (Faye) and their son, Matthew, of Laurens; and four grandchildren, Ryland Paxton, Bryley Simmons, Liam Simmons, and Paxton Simmons.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2015, at 3:00 PM, at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens, with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
