Shirley Ann Holden, age 80, of 1304 Springdale Rd, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2016 at the Hospice of Laurens County. She was the daughter of the late Robert “Bob” and Mattie “Stella” Holden.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Holden (Leslie) of Clinton; two daughters, Annette Whitmire (Michael) of Clinton, Rhonda Holden of Clinton; her sisters, Elizabeth Bond, Barbara Graham, and Frances Reid; five grandchildren, Justin Whitmire, Jessy Holden, Zachary Holden, Bryce Jacks, Lynsey Holden; a great-grandson, Cason Holden; and by her many loving nieces and nephews.
Ms. Holden is predeceased by her brothers, James “Bo” Parkman and Rudolph “Buddy” Holden; and one nephew, Darrell “Dinky” Holder.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 28 at 3 PM at the Lydia Presbyterian Church. The family will be at the home of her daughter Rhonda Holden, 651 Bar B Villa, Clinton, SC 29325.
