Shirley H. Bond

Shirley H. Bond, age 56, of 105 Shantara Rd. died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at her home.
She was born in Lancaster and was the daughter of Frances W. Acheson of Laurens and the late Clarence W. Hinson.
Mrs. Bond was a registered nurse at Martha Franks Retirement Center.
She is survived by her husband, Louis C. (L.C.) Bond; two sons and their spouses, Chuck and Cookie Bond and Mark and Samantha Bond; four grandchildren, Shannon Bond, Tara Bond, Hunter Bond and Haley Bond; a brother, Walter M. (Buddy) Hinson; three sisters, Kay Lewis, Brenda Lilley and Marie Ellis; one half sister, Faye Grover.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:00 p.m. by Dr. Russell Dean at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens with interment at Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
