Sigrid Francis Cloward, age 97, of 441 N. Main Street, died Thursday, Jan. 26th in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Nairobi British East Africa and was a daughter of the late William Matt and Mathilda Damlin.
Surviving are one son, William S. Francis of Joanna, one daughter, Sigrid F. Halyburton of Saluda, Grandson, William C. Halyburton and granddaughter, Sigrid R. Nichols, great-grandchildren, Rachael Nichols and Sarah Nichols all of Saluda and a nephew, William Russell Wiles of Rochester, NH.
Interment will be held in New Hampshire at a later date.
