Steve Allen Sherfield

Steve Allen Sherfield, age 51, of 206 Davis St. died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Spartanburg and was the son of the late Billy and Nellie Birch Sherfield.
Mr. Sherfield was employed with Sherfield Roofing Co. and attended the Lydia Church of God.
He is survived by a daughter, Kirstie Sherfield of the home; son, Stetson Shealy of Joanna; girl friend, Christy Womble of the home; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger and Carolyn Sherfield of Clinton, Tommy and Darlene Sherfield of Mountville, Bobby Sherfield of Clinton and Donny Sherfield of Laurens; two sisters, Dianna Barker of Clinton and Debra Sherfield of Houston, TX; very special nieces and nephews; special friends, Bennie McWaters, Sam Lawson, Sissy Eustace and Jeremy Marshall.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Billy Joe Sherfield and a sister, Patricia Sherfield.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the Lydia Church of God with interment in the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
