Sybil Pauline Whittle, age 89 of 321 Laurens Street, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in National Healthcare of Clinton.
She was born in Greenwood and was a daughter of the late Wade Hampton and Alpha Ayers Jenkins.
She worked in textiles and was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Gloria Jinx Brewer and husband,David of Clinton,
two grandchildren, april Nichole Pittman of Joanna and Billy Brewer of Fountain Inn and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Feb. 11th at 2:00 p.m. at Beaverdam Baptist Church by Rev. Phil Bryson with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday at the church from 1:00 to 2:00 before the service.
