Syble King Montjoy, age 70, of 706 Indian Creek Rd. died Saturday, March 19, 2011 at her home.
She was born in Greer and was the daughter of the late William Lee and Maudie Mae Hoard King.
Mrs. Montjoy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Joanna.
She is survived by her husband, Claude L. Montjoy of the home; two sons, William Worthy of Clinton and Craig Montjoy of Batesburg; three daughters, Mary Wald and Kay Ogle both of Mill Spring, NC and Cindy Moore of California; three brothers, James King of Woodruff, Charles King of Georgia and Wallace King of Simpsonville; three sisters, Willie Mae Yarbrough of Woodruff, Bobbie Motes of Gastonia, NC and Edith Owens of Ninety-Six and a number of grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, Daniel King and a sister, Mary Dietz.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Pinelawn Memory Gardens in Clinton.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
