Thomas F. Campbell, Sr.

Thomas F. Campbell, Sr., age 84, of 192 Waddle House Rd. died Thursday, November 3, 2011.
He was born in Iva, SC and was a son of the late James Reese Fant Campbell and the late Leila Mangum Campbell.
Mr. Campbell was retired from CSX Railroad, he was a US Navy veteran and enjoyed golf, fishing and raising chickens, ducks and a variety of other birds.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Bannister Campbell; a son, Thomas F. “Skip” Campbell and wife, Bonnie; a daughter, Brenda Robinson and husband, Jim; a brother, Howard Campbell; two sisters, Kathryn McKoy and Annie Bell Barksdale; two grandsons, Bronson Robinson and Luke Campbell and a great granddaughter, Harper Robinson.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Nov. 5th at 11:00 a.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens.
The family will receive friends immediately following the chapel service at the funeral home, burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
