He was born December 30, 1962 in Clinton, South Carolina and is the son of Cleo Carroll and the late Bobby D. English.
Tony is survived by his brothers, David English (Teresa), Mitchell English (Kim), Jason English (Stephanie); his sisters, Wanda English and Wendy Ballew Fitzpatrick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Tony is predeceased by his brother Bobby Dale English.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is assisting the English family with arrangements.
