Truman L. Leopard

Truman L. Leopard, age 89 of 205 Copeland St. died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born July 27, 1921 in Simpsonville and was a son of the late Edgar and Dora Bagwell Leopard.
Mr. Leopard was a retired employee of Clinton Mills, attended the Davidson St. Baptist Church and was a US Navy veteran of WWII.
He is survived by a son Lawrence (Larry) Leopard and wife, Pat of Spartanburg: a granddaughter, Christiana Zelano and husband, Joe of Spartanburg and a great granddaughter, Gabby.
He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Juanita Russ Leopard and was the last surviving member of the Leopard family.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 16th at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. Kenny Moore with interment in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
