Vera Broome Snow Foster

Vera Broome Snow Foster, age 90, formerly of 303 Finney Drive, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Mary Black Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Gaffney, SC and was a daughter of the late Luther and Callie Burgess Broome.
Mrs. Foster is retired from the Clinton Mills, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton, a member of the church choir, a member of the Faith Sunday School Class, and took three years of voice training under Mary Francis Gasnell at Laurens High School.
She is survived by her son, Danny Snow (Rhonda) of Joanna; her daughters, Sheila Dixon (Bruce) of West Union and Ashley Stanford (Rick) of Chesnee; her seven grandchildren, Halie Hughey, Adair Dean Gragg, Bruce Dixon, Jr., Scott Dixon, Dr. Allyson McCall, Joseph Snow, Dana Petty Edgins; her eight great-grandchildren and her four great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her two husbands, Frank Godfrey Snow, Jr and Harvey L. Foster; her five sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 3 PM at First Baptist Church of Clinton. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM prior to the service at the church, burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Danny and Rhonda will be receiving friends at their home, 102 N Marion Street, Joanna, SC 29351.
