Vesta (Doodle) Lee Boyter, age 70 of 494 Sims St., died Tuesday, May 9th in the Spartanburg Regional Hospital.
She was born in Laurens County and was a daughter of the late Curtis Lee and Junie Heaton Malone.
She was retired from West Point Stevens Co. and was a member and Sunday School teacher at Bethesda Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Donald Boulware of the home, two sons, Danny Malone of Whitmire and Bill Boyter of Clinton, one daughter, Carolyn Boland of Little Mountain; one brother, James Malone of Hickory Tavern; five sisters, Joyce Riddlehuber of Fort Carson, CO., Gladys Johnson of Joanna, Dorothy Bunch of Cleveland, TN, Marsha Ann Malone of Newberry and Beatrice Hunnicutt of Whitmire; four grandchildren, Tonya Smith, Steven Malone, Tammy Hughes and Nicole Boyter and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 3:00 p.m. in Bethesda Baptist Church with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens in Clinton.
The family will receive friends at their home.
