Virgil "Spike" H. Webb

Virgil (Spike) H. Webb, age 94, of Agape Living Center in Laurens and formerly of 100 Jackson St. died Thursday, April 12, 2007 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Gray Court and was the son of the late Joseph Albert and Sarah Bishop Webb.
Mr. Webb was retired from Clinton Mills; attended Calvary Baptist Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Jones Webb of the home; a daughter, Patsy Webb Cannon of Greenville; a step-son, Owen Mike Robertson of Mauldin; a sister, Rachael W. Sanders of Clinton; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren
Funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
