Vivian Black Spillers, age 60 of 330 Gastley Dr., died Monday, February 15, 2010 at her home.
She was born in Laurens County and was a daughter of the late Horace and Mary Lois Black.
Mrs. Spillers was a former employee of Torrington Bearing Company and was a member of Cross Roads Christian Fellowship Church.
Surviving are her husband, Joe Spillers of the home; a son, Rick Clevenger and wife, Mary of Piedmont; a step-son, Fred Spillers of Clinton; a daughter, Gina Clevenger and special friend, Ashley Eubanks of Clinton; two brothers, Gene Black of Cross Hill, James Black of Clinton; five sisters, Brenda Eaves of Clinton, Faye Couch of Kinards, Agnes Barber of Clinton, Linda Medlin of Laurens, Dot Collins of Clinton; four grandchildren, William and Zachary Clevenger, Amber Shay Deadwyler and Brad Spillers; great grandson, Jackson Spillers; special niece, Trina Eaves and a special great niece, Candace Eaves; brother-in-law, Jack Spillers of Sumter; sisters-in-law, Alma Reynolds of Simpsonville and Betty Fleming-Jones in Oregon.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Feb. 20th at 2:00 p.m. at the Cross Roads Fellowship Church at Bonds Cross Roads.
The family will receive friends at the residence throughout the week before the memorial service.
