Vonda K. Nelson

Vonda K. Nelson, age 63, of Waterloo, SC, entered into eternal rest, Monday, January 20, 2025.

Born December 31, 1961, in Union County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Kanova Wright and George Davis.

She is survived by her husband, Wade Nelson of Waterloo, SC; her sons, Robert “Robbie” Clark (Brittany), and Michael Nelson, both of Waterloo, SC; her daughter, Alishia D. Clark of Laurens, SC; her grandchildren, Damarcus "DJ" Wright (Lilly) of Clinton, SC, Blakelynn Clark, and Braxton Clark, both of Waterloo, SC, and Zaiden Hollingworth of Clinton, SC; her great-granddaughter, Brynliegh Wright of Clinton, SC; her sister, Jamie D. Masters (Danny) of Fountain Inn, SC; along with many special nieces and nephews; and her step-dad, Steve Wright of Clinton, SC.

Vonda's life was defined by kindness, hard work, and deep devotion to her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be missed by all.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church with Rev. Norman Dover officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
