V. Wyman Livingston, Sr. age 79 of 420 Browning Ave., died Monday, March 13th at his home.
He was born in Prosperity (Frog Level) and was a son of the late Jefferson Andrew and Lola E. Dowd Livingston.
He was retired from Clinton Mills; was a lifetime member of Magnolia Lodge # 365 AFM and Hejaz Shrine Temple; was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his loving wife, Lunette Smaltz Livingston of the home, one son and wife, Virgil W. and Trudi Livingston, Jr. of Laurens, a step-son and his wife, Stan and Samantha Smaltz of Joanna, two daughters and their husbands, Susan L. and Henry Lawson of Clinton and Maria L. and Bobby Simons of Charleston, a step-daughter and her husband, Elizabeth S. and Eddy Baysden of Anderson, ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Sara Ruth Livingston, a brother, Jeff Livingston, a sister, Mildred Livingston Aull.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 16th at 3:00 p.m. in Gray Funeral Home of Clinton with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
