Wallace "Dude" B. Phillips Sr.

Wallace “Dude” B. Phillips Sr., age 88, of 328 Hazel Dr. died Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in Self Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Ninety-Six, SC and was the son of the late Logan and Mary Edmonds Phillips.
Mr. Phillips was retired from Clinton Mills and the Bailey Plant. He was a WWII Navy Veteran and a member of Elizabeth St. Church of God.
He was survived by his wife, Ruth Vincent Phillips of the home, three sons, Rickey D. Phillips, Sr of Clinton, Danny P. Phillips, of the home, and Wallace B. Phillips, Jr of Florence; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be officiated by Rev. Don Peake and Rev. Ron Grant for Mr. Phillips on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Elizabeth St Church of God with burial at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The body will be taken to the home, where the family will receive friends.
