A Celebration of Life Memorial for William (Bill) Meyer, Jr., who died April 12, 2007 will be held on May 5, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. The informal service will be at the home, 205 Harris Springs Road, Waterloo, SC. We hope many of you will be able to join us in celebrating his life with the planting of a tree in his memory. We invite everyone to stay for fellowship after the service. William “Bill” L. Meyer, Jr., age 75, of 205 Harris Springs Road, died Thursday, April 12th.
He was born in Prince Edward County, VA and was the son of the late William L. Meyer, Sr. and Ann Lynch Meyer.
Mr. Meyer was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Carole Lyda Meyer of the home; two daughters, Leigh Anne Todd and husband Claude of Waterloo, and Meredith “Meri” Finley and husband Steve of Waterloo; and one granddaughter, RaeAnne Todd.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rosemont Baptist Church Van Fund, 2267 Dillard Road, Waterloo, SC, 29384 or to the Burton Center, P.O. Box 3005, Greenwood, SC, 29646.
