William "Billy" Reece

William (Billy) Reece, age 59 of 51 Edgewood Drive, died Monday, August 25, 2008 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of the late William J. Reece, Sr. and Beatrice Russ Reece.
Mr. Reece was a retired employee of Lynn Cooper, Inc.; a member of the gospel group, “Living Stones” and attended the Lydia Mill Church of God.
Surviving are his wife, Martha Nelson Reece of the home, one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Brandi Reece of Clinton, one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Michael Cummings of Clinton, one sister, Frances Huey of Clinton, and three grandchildren, Brandon Reece, Noah Reece and Sarah Grace Cummings.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Lydia Mill Church of God with entombment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the Gray Funeral Home.
