William Edward (Billy) Watkins, age 73, of 100 Glendale Manor died Saturday, November 15, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of the late W.E. “Red” and Jennie Arnold Watkins and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Downs.
Mr. Watkins was retired from Clinton Mills after 43 years of service and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Kim and Steven Windsor of Clinton and Wendi Wyatt of Waterloo; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Sandy Springs United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Kim Windsor, 103 Devon Road, Clinton.
