Mr. William Harrison Campbell, age 65, of 23 Craig Drive, Laurens, SC died Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Laurens County Hospital. He was born in Laurens County and was the son of the late Clifford Campbell and Lottie Rhodes Campbell. Mr. Campbell was a retired truck driver and a backhoe operator. He attended the Church of God in Gray Court.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby N. Campbell of Laurens, a son, William Scott Campbell of Laurens; two daughters, Tammy Wilson of Clinton and Stacy Reece of Gray Court; one brother, Olin Campbell of Gray Court and three sisters, Nan Gillespie of Laurens, Pearl Brewington of Gray Court and Barbara Allison of Greenville; twelve grandchildren and nine geat-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home in Laurens. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at Highland Home Baptist Church Cemetery.
