William P. (Bill) Smith, Sr.

William (Bill) Smith age 72 of 153 Calvin Bridges Road, died Friday, February 19, 2010 in the Self Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Newberry, SC and was a son of the late William B. and Viola Bedenbaugh Smith.
Mr. Smith was a retired employee with Laurens County and was a member of the Highway of Holliness Church. He loved to hunt and fish.
He is survived by a son, Ronald Wayne Smith of Laurens; two daughters, Teresa Price of Clinton and Tracy Jean Lamb of Laurens; and a brother, Larry Smith and wife, Norma of Clinton; ten grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Betty Jean Smith and a son, William Pressley Smith, Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 22nd at 2:00 p.m. in the Highway of Holliness Church with burial in Westview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the home.
