Woodie Mae Tinsley, age 74, and the widow of Paul Tinsley, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Tuesday, February 14, 2017.
She was born in Clayton, GA and was a daughter of the late Woodrow and Christine English Campbell.
Mrs. Tinsley will be remembered for be a wonderful mother, grandmother, and cook, but the thing she will be remember for most is what a great friend she was.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Gregory (Jim) of Laurens and Tammy Naylor (Don) of Clinton; her two brothers, Doug Campbell and Doyle Campbell both of Clinton; her sisters, Linda Fuller of Clinton, Sandra White of Clinton, and Brenda Owens of Greenwood; her six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; and her daughter-in-law, Shirley Pace.
In addition to her husband and her parents, she is predeceased by her son, William “John” Allen Pace.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton, the family will receive friends Friday Evening, February 17 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Tammy Naylor on 100 Sally Drive, Clinton, SC 29325.
